Event packages are based on double occupancy so that means that each of you pays for 1 night, with a minimum of 2 guests per room. For groups of 3 & 4, larger rooms are available at the single bed room price for each guest. If you are unable to share a room, you can purchase an upgraded event ticket for a private room.

Your deposit of $400 will hold

4 tickets valued at $699 ea

& includes 2 shared hotel rooms, each with 1 bed

About Cancellations And Refunds

Deposits of $100 per guest are required upon booking and are non refundable. Remaining Package fees are due on February1st of the year you are registered for and are also non refundable. If you cannot attend, you are required to find a replacement to fill your spot.
