Your deposit of $300 will hold 3 tickets

valued at $699 ea (based on double occupancy)

& includes 1 shared hotel room with 1 bed

Deposit For 4

Your deposit of $400 will hold 4 tickets valued at $699 ea, (based on double occupancy) and includes 2 shared hotel rooms, each with 1 bed

Deposit For 5

Your deposit of of $500 will hold 5 tickets

valued at$699 ea, (based on double occupancy) plus1 hotel room with 1 bed (sleeps 2) and one room with two beds (sleeps 3) or a suite if available...two queen beds , 1 private room and a pullout./1 bathroom

Deposit For 6

Your deposit of $600 will hold 6 tickets valued at$699 ea, (based on double occupancy) includes 3 hotel rooms with 1 bed (each sleeps 2) or 2 ea, 2 bed rooms, each sleeps 3 ... or a suite if available:two queen beds , 1 private room and a pullout couch. Sleeps 6/1 bathroom

About Cancellations And Refunds

Deposits of $100 per guest are required upon booking and are non refundable. Remaining Package fees are due on February1st of the year you are registered for and are also non refundable. If you cannot attend, you are required to find a replacement to fill your spot.
